Unauthorized UCAV flights have triggered worldwide security incidents over airports, refineries, detention facilities and border crossings. Conventional drones are increasingly being misused to spy on citizens, properties and celebrities.

In several countries’, UCAV/UAV strikes are getting common for targeted killings and spying so-called “Drone Attacks”. It can be done by weaponized commercial unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), being loaded with dangerous payloads, and crashed into vulnerable targets or detonated above them. It is certain that the developed countries of the world cannot remain untouched by a drone attack and the possibility of such attacks cannot be ruled out.

The total failure of critical infrastructure can have unmissable consequences. Whether oil or gas refineries, chemical plants or substations – critical infrastructure has so far, been largely unprotected. Public safety and providing for society are at stake here.

The anti-drone systems are capable of spotting, identifying and suppressing drones flying as far as kilometers away. The systems monitor the radio situation, process and analyze digital signals, identify drone signals, spot the location of the operator, and expose drones that operate under radio silence or disguise their radio signals as coming from other sources. After the drone attacks on oil refineries in Saudi Arabia in September 2019, Russia’s Energy Ministry unveiled plans for drafting a bill on banning unauthorised flights by drones over fuel and energy facilities.

Drone attack through airspace may happen anyway, anytime. In order to prevent it by one or more UCAV or weaponized commercial UAV in any sensitive area, we along with our technology partners from Israel, introduced world-class counter drone system to enhance border security mechanisms as part of its agenda. This was done to provide high-level protection using anti-drone technology against any threats from the skies or across the border. Another reason to do the same was to take effective steps to initiate the process of implementation of anti-drone system, endeavour to secure borders by anti-drone system responsibly.

All this, to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information system and resources.

Our drone detection system monitors even extremely large areas with a high level of accuracy and without any high frequency emissions which could interfere with procedure. With anti-drone technology, several facilities can be monitored from a central command post with extremely high reliability. Extremely large areas with high level of accuracy, without emissions (HF) which would interfere with procedure, pipeline monitoring, extremely large range, networkable, several facilities can be monitored from one place, high level of reliability, and multi-site solution.
